Ubuntu philosophy, as best described by Desmond Tutu and Nelson Mandela, should be integral to Africa's economic growth and welfare.
Once humanity is integral to the economics and science of development, a country will have a workforce that is healthy and motivated to move forward.
The failure of the SDGs is that the basic philosophy of Ubuntu does not underpin wealth generation.
Populations are becoming sicker, and corruption and control of health, food, water, and energy security are inherent in the new age for global dominance. The Ubuntu and survival of human, animal, plant and microbiome is genetically slain by pharma, chemical pollution, agricultural expansion, hollowing of land of water by miners and excess consumption.
The pillaging is relentless and uncontrolled - minds transfixed on wealth generation at all costs- disproportionate wealth distribution and environmental destruction.
Wise men of the past - their wisdom needs to resurface, to maintain genetic and reproductive success, and preservation of a healthy mental state.

There lies sadness in the inability of intelligent adults to understand that eco destruction is at tipping point where sustainability becomes nothing more than a buzz word. Our aim is to rapidly arm our youths with the core scientific principles in biology, chemistry and physics in order to accelerate their understanding of the precarious problems facing their future. Selected case studies from individuals and industry which have made a positive impact on the environment and sustainability will be provided to show that our goals are achievable, but time is not on our side. The material in this website is free for all teachers, youths and adults to use , worldwide. It is an exercise to stimulate learning and discussion. A clear message that youths will take forward to understand that consumerism, excessive consumption and materialism is at the heart of our planets destruction.
